Lab Technician Training in Central Pennsylvania
Lab Ready Workforce LLC was founded in 2025 in Central Pennsylvania to build fast, practical pathways into the region's high-demand laboratory careers. Entry-level lab technician jobs ask for a high school diploma or equivalent rather than a four-year degree, and our hands-on programs prepare career seekers to compete for them.
Two hands-on programs
Lab Experience Day introduces careers in the lab sciences through a single day of hands-on lab work, giving career seekers a real look at what the job involves before they commit to training.
The Lab Technician Accelerator prepares learners for entry level opportunities in biotech, pharmaceutical manufacturing, materials science, food manufacturing, and related industries. Participants finish with practical bench skills and the preparation to interview with employers hiring for these positions.
Built alongside employers
We work closely with employers, educators, and workforce development organizations across Central Pennsylvania to make sure our graduates are job-ready and positioned for long-term growth in laboratory science careers.
Advisory Board
Our programs are guided by an experienced Advisory Board of leaders from business, education, workforce development, and the community, who provide ongoing direction in curriculum development, industry alignment, program evaluation, and outreach.
