Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of this policy.

We may capture photos, video, or audio during program activities and use them for promotional, educational, or informational purposes. These may appear on our website, social media, printed materials, or in related media.

Minors may only be included with parental or guardian consent. While we are not required to seek individual permission in every case, we will request acknowledgment of this policy when possible, such as during event registration.

All materials created or captured by us or on our behalf remain the property of Lab Ready Workforce. We do not offer payment or other compensation for such use.
